Customs advice:

  • Where possible, customers should contact UK Border Force for approval before depositing Tax Free forms into the Customs drop boxes located at BHD & BFS airports. Goods moved from Northern Ireland to Great Britain including the Isle of Man are ineligible for refunds under the Retail Export Scheme. All claims remain subject to final Customs approval. Tax Free forms returned by mail or from any other location require Customs validation on all amounts. Please note, Customs may reject claims if forms are incomplete. Customers are recommended to take a picture of deposited Tax Free forms to assist with any follow up enquiries.
